It's not enough we have to juggle work or school, our daily responsibilities, and our relationships, but also while trying to exercise daily,  cook and eat healthy, drink enough water, and complete a daily skin care routine.... It's exhausting!

Everyone experiences anxiety and stress differently and our experiences and circumstances create different levels of anxiety within us.  This means no one's anxiety looks or feels the same.

Because of this I use individualized and person centered approaches when working with my clients.  No matter where your anxiety is manifesting from, we will work through understanding and challenging negative and anxious thought patterns and make lasting behavioral changes to increase self-esteem and reduce your anxiety.
